STRIKER Richard Brodie has this evening left York City by mutual consent.
The 29-year-old rejoined the Minstermen in the summer on a one-year deal, scoring seven goals in 19 appearances in all competitions this season.
Brodie had recently returned to Bootham Crescent following a brief loan spell with National League rivals Macclesfield Town.
A club statement said: "York City would like to thank Richard for his efforts and wish him well for the future."
