YORK Knavesmire Harriers enjoyed a one-two-three at the 7.5-mile Viking Four Peak Fell Race on the Cleveland Way.
Gareth Green clocked one hour and 59 seconds to secure victory and he was backed up by runner-up Chris Roberts (64.22) and third-placed Simon Collins (64.58).
The other Harriers' finishers were Thomas Ratcliffe (seventh in 69.25), Richard Purser (17th in 75.40), Oli Read (19th in 76.52), Giles Hawking (23rd in 79.18) and Richard Terrega (29th in 81.12).
Mire also won the ladies' race thanks to the efforts of runner-up Nik Terrega (78.26), third-placed Katie Smith (81.59) and Cassie Holmes (92.00).
There was more individual success for Mire at the Bransdale Fell Race on the North Yorkshire Moors, with Stuart Grange finishing first in 55.37.
He was followed home by Collins (58.56), Ratcliffe (63.00), Purser (64.00), Barry Atkinson (first male 55 in 65.00), Read (68.00), Pete Downes (72.00), Andrew Johnson (77.00), Peter Lyth (101.00) and Colin Lea (112.00).
Smith also won the ladies' race in one hour and nine minutes, ahead of team-mates Sarah Attwood (71.00), Cassie Holmes (82.00), Liz Matthew (102.00), Maureen Medlar (102.00) and Sam Lyth (107.00).
Elsewhere, Purser, Green and Grange combined to take the silver medal at the Washburn Road Relays.
