YORK City Knights forwards Jack Teanby and Bailey Antrobus have signed new deals with the club.

Teanby joined York ahead of the 2019 season from Dewsbury Rams and has since racked up 80 appearances for the Knights, scoring seven tries.

The prop forward has been an integral part of the sides which have finished in the Betfred Championship play-offs twice in three completed seasons, in 2019 and 2022, and featured in the 41-34 AB Sundecks 1895 Cup final defeat against Featherstone Rovers at Wembley Stadium.

The 26-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the club, keeping him at the LNER Community Stadium until the end of the 2024 season.

Antrobus arrived at York in May from NRL side St George Illawarra Dragons and has quickly established himself as a regular in James Ford's side, making 15 appearances and bagging three tries.

The Australian back-rower featured in the the Knights' dramatic 26-24 victory at Halifax Panthers, the club's first Championship play-off win, earlier this month.

The 22-year-old has penned a one-year deal with York for the 2023 season and, like Teanby's, his deal has been supported by the club's Squad Builder Fund.
