Thousands of runners and four wheelchair athletes have completed the 2023 Yorkshire Marathon.
They ranged in ability from elite athletes to leisure runners raising money for charity. Some were competing in their first ever marathon.
The male winner Joe Sagar completed the course in 2 hours and 24 minutes.
As he crossed the finish line, many of the slower runners were still at the halfway mark in Stamford Bridge.
Second was Gary Briscoe in 2 hours, 26 minutes and third was Mohamed Abshir in 2 hours 26.

The Yorkshire 10 mile race, run as part of the Yorkshire Marathon festival started after the marathon race, but its winners finished before the marathon runners.
They were: Katy Wood, who set a course record time of 56 minutes and Carl Mills, 50 minutes.
