YORK City have unveiled their Yorkshire Rose-inspired away kit for the upcoming 2024-25 Vanarama National League season.
The 'coconut milk' design was teased by comedian Ricky Gervais on social media earlier this week, who after receiving a personalised shirt, joked : "Either this is a light-hearted gift or I've got some bad news for their current goalie."

Gervais is the co-owner of Ellers Farm Distillery, the home of back-of-shirt sponsor Dutch Barn Vodka.
The distillery, just north of Stamford Bridge, has provided the backdrop for the kit launch, which sees a 'coconut milk' colour combined with the distinguishable elements of manufacturers Hummel.

'This is Yorkshire' can be seen on the back of the shirt, which features the White Rose of York in its design.
Iconic Hummel chevrons adorn the shirt's shoulders.
Each shirt is manufactured from high-performing polyester produced from up to eight recycled plastic bottles as part of the manufacturer's ECO8 implementation.
The strip completes the line-up of City's 2024-25 kits, which include red home and cotton candy pink third strips.
City will play their final home pre-season friendly against Notts County tomorrow afternoon (3pm).
