YORK City Ladies will have the opportunity to play at a former Premier League stadium later this month.
The Minsterbelles’ FA Women’s National League fixture away to Leeds United, that was initially due to be played at Garforth Town’s Bannister Prentice Stadium, has now been moved to Elland Road on Sunday, November 17 (2pm).
Emily Senior’s side will play within the 37,980 seater stadium with the East Stand Lower and the Family Area open to York supporters.
Leeds, who’s men’s team currently play in the Sky Bet Championship, will be on an international break during the week.
City will look to pose an upset against Leeds, with the Minsterbelles currently occupying bottom spot in the division, whilst United remain intent on pushing for promotion from fourth position.
Tickets are now available, which can be purchased HERE, with adults priced at £6 and concessions at £3.
All tickets will be reserved seating for the fixture.
