Sheriff Hutton lost their unbeaten record and leadership of division seven when they crashed to a heavy defeat at the hands of third-placed Bolton Percy.
Bolton’s Jacob Green (115) hit a maiden league century, backed by Ed Noble (75) and skipper Mike Furze (64no). Pete Atkinson’s 4-39 had the Castlemen all out for 137.
Civil Service made 221-4 at Carlton Towers thanks to a first-wicket stand of 143 between Rich Garside (67) and Nigel Ayre (98). Carlton drew at 185-5.
Matt Hunt took 6-32 and hit 56 not out in Tadcaster Magnet’s four-wicket win at Hovingham which lifted them to pole position.
Pete Edmondson took 7-33 as Rowntrees II beat Stillington.
