Duncombe Park’s Brian Leckenby hit his third century in seven games as he finished his side’s division three fixture with Hull in style.
Hull were all out for 223 as Alistair Holmes took 5-43 and Colin Humpleby claimed 4-58.
Park’s reply featured a third-wicket stand of 123 in which Paul Wilkie’s share was 33. Peter Kent added 30 and the target was 18 off the last three overs.
However, Leckenby required only four balls as he hit three sixes to gain a five-wicket win and hoist his score to 138 not out – his 26th league century.
Scarborough had the better of a draw at Drax. They made 197-8, with Steve Smith taking 3-39 and Darren Brinded 3-24.
Harvey Thomas then made 86 but Drax could only reach 186-6.
Thorp Arch were all out for 140 at Malton, but they still earned a fifth victory. Their batsmen struggled as Brett Crowe produced a career-best 5-31 and Simon Cass took 3-44. Cass followed with 26 but Guy Whatmore’s 5-36 bowled the hosts out for 110.
Hovingham’s Paul Deverell claimed 5-46 and then hit 80 – but found himself on the losing side against New Earswick.
Kev Barker (60), Mark Benson (41) and Chris Smith (64) helped New Earswick to 218-9.
Paul Stimpson (4-43) and Ian Helmsley (3-37) had Hov all out for 178.
Welton had the better of a draw with Sheriff Hutton, who had Geoff Schofield (63no) and son Joe (47no) to thank as they drew at 165-7.
