Woodhouse Grange stretched their division four lead to 38 points when they had the better of a draw with Pickering.
Mike Hattee hit 84 and James Rudd added 55 in his first outing of the season as Grange totalled 252-7.
Charlie Marwood then followed his 3-54 with 27 and there were runs from Tom Sigsworth (35) and skipper Ryan Boyes (46no) as the Pikes drew at 145-6.

There was drama at Bubwith as the home side defied all the odds to earn a draw against Driffield.

The two extra overs tagged on then came back to haunt Bubwith.
Last made 27 for the hosts, but a 5-33 stint by Mark Woodcock saw last man Chris Lunn (0no) arrive with six original and two extra overs to go.
His partner, Neil Readman (41no), hit Woodcock for two sixes to dent his figures and the pair frustrated the visitors attack by holding out for a draw at 128-9.
Sessay’s Karl Carver grabbed 5-11 in his 12 overs as he and Jim Easton (3-44) dismissed Acomb for 120. Darren Atkinson (53) and Chris Cowton (35) then steered Sessay to a six-wicket win in 32.4 overs.
Danny Scarth fell two short of a century when Hull Zingari reached 227-6 at Easingwold. Home skipper Alan Robinson responded with 44 and Jason Sergeant followed his earlier 3-31 with an unbeaten 26 as Easingwold drew at 117-8.
Batsmen flourished at Stillington where the hosts got the better of a draw with bottom side Heworth.
The home total of 191-7 included runs from Wayne Linton (30), Kev Borwell (29), Jack Cartwright (31) and Ian Shepherd (45no).
Tom Allan (50) and Nadeem Saddique (54no) clocked up runs but Heworth fell short at 181-8.
