Duncombe Park’s Brian Leckenby confirmed his rating as the league’s leading run-scorer with a knock of 91 in a seven-wicket win over Sheriff Hutton in division three.
The innings lifted Leckenby’s seasonal tally to 873 runs at the half way stage.
Sheriff Hutton scored 240 thanks to 74 from skipper Ed Taylor, 40 by Joel Wilford and 47 from Tom Harrison. Park’s Peter Kent took 3-50 and Paul Wilkie 4-61.
Phil Marwood then made 42 before Leckenby and Peter Humpleby (74) added 118 for the second wicket.
Hosts Malton were four-wicket winners over Carlton Towers, who were all out for 143.
Mark Holmes made 42 for Towers as Tony Linsley took 4-29 and Tom Summerville 3-19.
Holmes took 4-32, but Linsley’s 31 not out saw his side home.
New Earswick gained 30 points in their bid to move away from the relegation zone when they beat Drax by 144 runs.
Earswick hit 274-4 thanks to Simon Richards’ fine 127.
Ian Helmsley (4-42) and Martin Hewitson (4-24) then combined to dismiss Drax for 130.
