There was a complete wash-out in division three where all six games were abandoned without a ball being bowled, a fate which the division had earlier experienced on the second Saturday of the season.
In division four, all four teams involved mustered ten points as opposed to the nine-point reward for a non-played game.
At Driffield, J Gigolo made 63 as Huntington posted 169-7. Home bowler Sam Morris claimed 5-40, but Driffield were only able to make ten without loss before the weather took its inevitable toll.
The game at Hull failed to continue after the tea interval thus denying Zingari the chance to chase down Pickering’s 170-6 in which Mark Aconley hit 49 and B Lealman 46. M Caplan grabbed 3-36 for the hosts.
