Woodhouse Grange toppled Sheriff Hutton Bridge by eight wickets in the third round of the Yorkshire Tea National Village Cup.
They will now travel to Walton or Staxton in the area final on Sunday, June 17.
Sheriff Hutton Bridge batted first but were restricted to a modest 121 after their last six wickets fell for 16 runs.
Steve Burdett took 4-18 from his nine overs while Chris Bilton pouched three catches.
Grange overhauled the target with 15 overs in hand led by an undefeated third-wicket stand of 85 between Nick Hadfield and Bilton.
Hadfield’s 77 not out off 82 balls included 13 fours and a six.
