YORKSHIRE County Cricket Club Players' Association held their first winter re-union lunch at Fulford Golf Club, York,yesterday, when almost 60 people attended.
Guests included George Ringwood, president of Fulford Golf Club, Fulford club captain John Smith and Yorkshire chief executive, Stewart Regan.
Three former Yorkshire cricket captains were present in Vic Wilson, Brian Close and John Hampshire.
Other former Yorkshire players who attended included Bryan Stott, Geoff Cope, Don Wilson, Richard Hutton, Barrie Leadbeater, Bill Holdsworth, Peter Chadwick, Peter Kippax, Tony Clarkson, Keith Gillhouley, John Waring, Howard Cooper, Colin Johnson, Steve Silvester, Richard Stemp, Eric Burgin, Brian Turner, Colin Johnson, Philip Hodgson, Eric Sutton, Andrew Dalton and Tony Hatton.
