ADAM Lyth hit an imperious 194 as Yorkshire continued their domination of Leeds/Bradford MCC Universities at Headingley on day two.

Lyth’s 21st first-class hundred underpinned a first-innings score of 543-5 declared in reply to 137.

Alex Lees scored 100 on day one, while Gary Ballance hit 72 and Jack Leaning 64 not out.

Lyth and Ballance shared 154 for the third wicket before Leeds/Bradford batted for the final 40 minutes of play to reach 40-0 from eleven overs second time around.
