LUNCH UPDATE: Yorkshire have only managed to take one wicket in the morning session of day two against Lancashire at Headingley, with the visitors reaching a solid 99-1 from 31 overs at lunch in this LV= County Championship encounter.
After day one was wiped out due to rain, Red Rose skipper Glen Chapple won the toss and elected to bat.
Paul Horton partnered Stephen Moore at the top of the order, and the pair put on 53.
Horton was the only wicket to fall when he edged Oliver Hannon-Dalby to Adil Rashid at third slip for 24 in the 16th over.
Moore has made his way to 42 without any problems, while Ashwell Prince has looked in good touch on the way to 32 not out.
Prince has taken advantage of two full tosses from leg-spinner Rashid to advance his score on a placid pitch offering little help for the home attack. Rashid has bowled ten overs in the morning session.
Ajmal Shahzad is the only change in the Yorkshire line-up from last week’s draw at Hampshire, with Rich Pyrah making way.
