SPOT-KICK hero Liam Ormsby conjured another injury time winner as Tadcaster Albion beat Morpeth 2-1 in round two of the FA Vase.
Ormsby scored two late penalties in a 2-1 Northern Counties East League premier division victory over Albion Sports the previous weekend and he was at it again at Ings Lane on Saturday.
After Ormsby fired the Brewers into a 39th minute lead, Morpeth hit back through Jordan Fry on 65 minutes and the visitors were pressing in search of a winner.
However, Ormsby struck from the penalty spot and the visitors were then reduced to ten men as Paul Marshall's men booked their place in round three.
Pickering Town won 4-0 at home to Liversedge to move up to 11th in the NCEL premier division table.
The Pikes took their goal tally under caretaker boss Tony Hackworth to ten in two games since the departure of Mitch Cook.
A rush of three goals in five first-half minutes put the Mill Lane hosts in command, with Joel Ramm hitting the opener after 29 minutes, Joe Danby adding a second on 32 minutes and Chris Batchelor getting a third on 34 minutes.
Danby put the seal on the win with a fourth seven minutes after the break and then Liversedge's Andrew Wood was sent off for a second bookable offence.
In division one, Selby Town were pegged back in a 2-2 draw at Grimsby Borough.
The home side took a 1-0 lead into the break, but Matty Start levelled and Chris Jackson added a second, only for Borough to snatch a point.
Knaresborough Town were 2-1 home winners over Eccleshill thanks to a third minute goal from Colin Heath and a second 11 minutes from time by Ben Parkes.
Eccleshill pulled a goal back in the last minute through Doug Stevenson.
Harrogate Town lost 3-0 at home to Worcester City in Conference North.
A Nathan Cartman hat-trick helped Harrogate Railway Athletic to a 4-0 home win over Ossett Town in Evo-Stik League division one north.
Cartman netted in the third minute, the 64th minute and the 74th minute before Fatlum Ibrahimi got a fourth four minutes from time.
Scarborough Athletic's home game against Bamber Bridge was abandoned in the 30th minute after Seadogs midfielder Chris Bolder suffered a serious knee injury.
