SELBY Town will be hoping for an easy three points when the promotion-chasing Robins host basement outfit Brodsworth Welfare in the Northern Counties East League premier division.
Town, currently sitting in fifth place, are four points behind fourth-placed Garforth Town but have two games in hand on their rivals and, with six clubs still in the promotion picture, a win is a must tomorrow.
Brodsworth Welfare have picked up just ten points all season, have won only two games and have lost every match they have played away from home - conceding 79 goals on their travels and scoring on just 13 occasions.
Selby, who were held 0-0 by North Yorkshire rivals Pickering Town in midweek, now embark on a programme of three games in five days and assistant manager Gary Cygan says the squad must be up to the challenge.
"Brodsworth have had a pretty bad run but we always say that if we play to our potential then we can beat anyone," he said. "We have a full complement of players. Adam Russell is back after a three-game suspension and Steve Davey is also available.
"We have three games in five days because we are away to Sutton on Monday and then play Retford in the first leg of the NCEL President's Cup final on Wednesday so it is going to be tough.
"But we have got a good 18-man squad though and we are just hoping they can stay fit."
Pickering Town, who are in a comfortable mid-table position in the NCEL premier division, host Maltby Main at Mill Lane.
Tadcaster Albion will be hoping that top scorer Guiseppe Downing is fit for their division one trip to Emley. The striker went off during the 0-0 draw at Worsborough Bridge on Tuesday night.
Harrogate Railway are at Stocksbridge Park Steels today in UniBond League division one action.
