MANAGERS Iain Dunn and Matthew Ward are putting their shirts on the York Minster Engineering Football League representative side.
The duo have taken over as joint managers of the Inter-League side and will be at the helm for tomorrow night’s Bootham Crescent clash with the Yorkshire Old Boys League for the Ernie Fairclough Memorial Trophy.
York Minster Engineering Limited have donated a new strip for the side and York City have waived admission fees for the game, which kicks off at 7.30pm weather permitting.
The visitors, who reached the semi-finals of the Regional Inter-League Cup last season, are the current holders of the Ernie Fairclough Memorial Trophy having toppled York last season.
All games in the league were postponed on Saturday, along with all the scheduled fixtures in the York FA Saturday Senior Cup.
The newitts.com Beckett League was also frozen out on Saturday, while the York Sunday Morning League was similarly affected.
