Jord, who last week won the race that never was at Southwell, returns to the same course tomorrow bidding for quick compensation in the Treat The Kids At Half Term At Pontin's Handicap.
The Alan McCabe-trained four-year-old made all the running in a similar handicap last week, but was disqualified, along with three of her rivals.
They failed to pull up after a false start had been called and four of the five jockeys in the race, including Andrew Elliott, on Jord, ignored the recall flag.
The upshot was that Jord, having completed the course and gone over the finishing line, was - along with the other three runners who did likewise - ineligible to take part in the re-run.
That saw Rebellious Spirit, the only horse to pull up after the recall flag was raised, to complete a walkover. The four "offending" jockeys were each given a seven-day ban.
The one thing Jord proved last week is that she is in good nick. With Elliott back on board she can again make all, only this time she will receive first prize.
Nap selection Realt Na Mara should take plenty of catching in the Life Is Always A Cabaret At Pontin's Handicap. The five-year-old, trained by Hughie Morrison, scored over this course on his latest outing a fortnight ago, following up a previous victory at Wolverhampton. There looks to be more to come from Realt Na Mara, who will have the services of Steve Drowne.
Diriculous, a recent course winner, bids to defy a 6lb penalty in the Pontin's Smiles Better By Far Handicap and is taken to oblige again under Chris Catlin.
The four-year-old won by almost two lengths from The Geester here last week and the style of that front-running success suggests that Terry Mills' lightly raced gelding has further improvement in him.
Alfie Tupper (1.30) has the best form on offer in the opening claiming race, while Abbeygate (4.00), a narrowly beaten second at Kempton a fortnight ago, has every chance of going one better in the last.
At Wolverhampton's evening meeting, York trainer Mel Brittain has good prospects of hitting the target with Qaasi in the Stay At The Wolverhampton Holiday Inn Classified Stakes.
The six-year-old returned to winning form in pleasing style on this course last week.
Accomplished apprentice Mark Lawson again has the ride.
Memphis Man (6.50) ran well enough at Southwell last week to suggest that David Evans' sprinter can return to winning form in the opening event, while recent course winner Given A Choice (7.50) has an excellent chance of defying a 6lb penalty on behalf of trainer James Given.
