While Leeds United's Sunday trip to Derby County may be academic in regard to the club's future, for several players it is a chance to put themselves in the shop window for summer moves.
Prime targets will be ex-York City ace Richard Cresswell, who could well end up playing for the Rams. Manager Billy Davies, who worked with the striker at Preston, has hinted he wants to sign Cresswell.
David Healy may well go to Fulham if Lawrie Sanchez gets the manager's job there permanently, but these two won't be the only exits.
No fewer than 12 contracts expire in June, including goalkeeper Casper Ankergren, and midfielders Alan Thompson and Radostin Kishishev.
