Matthews hit two 140s and a 135 in the singles for the winners, while RI’s best were Dan Watkinson, with a 132 and a 100, and Chris Bullen, who fired three 100s.
Severus edged to a 4-3 victory over White Horse, with Dean Cairns among the tons again.
White Horse’s Craig Buckby hit 140 and 100 in the singles, a 140 in the four-hand and a 100 in the pairs, while Sonya Love had a 125 in the singles.
