DOREEN JOHNSON and Phil Smith starred as Golden Slipper trounced Tramways ‘A’ 6-1 in the York Black Sheep Mixed Darts League.
In her singles, Johnson fired scores of 121 and 117 before hitting a 117 check out, while Smith’s singles included two 100s, he hit a 121 in the four-hand and then a 140 in the pairs.
Paul Partridge scored two tons in his singles.
Tramways ‘B’ were 5-2 winners over Severus SC, with Cris Matthews hitting a maxmum 180, plus a 135 and a 100.
Steve Smith scored 100 and 125 in his singles.
For Severus, Dean Cairns fired a 125 in the pairs, Wendy Storr had a 100 in the pairs, Dan Fairclough scored a 121 and 140 in the pairs, and Dave Rossell scored two tons in the singles.
Railway Institute beat Clifton Hotel 5-0, while the result of the game between Tadcaster Club and White Horse has not yet been received.
