TEAM Jorvik’s Yasmin Hardaker struck gold at the annual swimming Janus Meet in Harrogate.
The 11-year-old competed in six events and won gold in the 200 metres freestyle, silver in the 200m individual medley event, while narrowly missing out on a medal in the 400m freestyle race.
Emily Hardaker, ten, swam in five events and claimed bronze medals in the 400m freestyle and 200m individual medley, plus a silver in the 200m freestyle.
Sam Enticknap, 12, achieved personal best times in all his four events and won bronze in the 50m breaststroke.
A group of seven Team Jorvik swimmers tackled the tough long course City of Leeds New Year meet.
Rhiannon Wood, 13, took a bronze medal in the 50m backstroke, while Max Nozedar, 17, won gold in the 50m butterfly and bronze in the 50m backstroke.
Zak Moorcroft, 13, was fourth in the 50m, 100m and 200m backstroke events, while Antonia Bunyan, 13, achieved PBs in all her five swims – a feat matched by 11-year-old Emily Hill in her four events.
Ellie Fothergill, 13, had 50m breaststroke and 50m freestyle personal bests, while Jess Buckton, 11, posted a 100m freestyle pb.
