County glory for All Saints’ School basketball team
UNBEATEN All Saints’ School Year 11 basketball team added the North Yorkshire crown to their York & District league and cup double.
All Saints’, led by Felix Spark- Finnigan, extended their undefeated run to nine games by coming out on top against champions from the Harrogate, Pickering and Ryedale districts at York College.
The Saints opened the tournament with a 21-12 victory over Pickering champions St Mary Avius’ School and they followed up with a 17-10 triumph against St Aidan’s of Harrogate.
The title was then secured with a win over Ryedale School.
