ANNIE JOHNSTON and Katrina Bonner shone as York City Baths Club hosted their Annual Regional Qualifier Meet in Hull.
The competition is an ideal opportunity for swimmers to gain coveted Regional and County Qualifying Times (QTs).
York City took a squad of 61 swimmers, with 16-year-old Johnston and 15-year-old Bonner putting in dazzling performances, gaining Regional and County QTs in all their events, while gaining gold and silver medals.
Lucy Nicholson, 14, 13-year-old Neola Thorpe and Paris Grenier, 11, all netted Regional and County QTs and a multitude of medals.
Nicholson medalled in each of her eight events, Thorpe received seven golds and a silver medal from her ten events, while Grenier took gold in all the age group events she entered.
Matthew Winnell, 21, 15-year-old Sam Whittaker, Sam Russell, 14, and ten-year-olds Toby Mayfield and Samuel Pickup gathered a range of Regional and County QTs and medals.
Winnell took gold in each of his six events, Whittaker medalled in six of his eight events and Russell received five gold and a silver medal from his eight events.
There also impressive performances from York City squad members Sophie Brown, Beth Gibbons, Jason Robson and Kimberley Thompson, who achieved Regional and County QTs; Aiden Reilly, who gained Regional QTs; and Ella Fisher, Mollie-Jo Garratt, Megan Kirkman, Nikki Merrett, Jack Pears-Dorland, Alex Riches, Emily Robson, Stafford Swainston and Frankie Van Den Heever, who attaining County QTs.
