YOUNG golfers in York and North and East Yorkshire are being urged to get in the swing and help save lives with the British Heart Foundation.
The charity is staging a series of fundraising competitions around the region, all gearing towards a grand finale near Leeds.
The next preliminary round in the area takes place at Filey Golf Club on Friday, May 28 and there are a number of team places available.
Sandburn Hall, near York, hosted a round earlier this year.
Teams of three junior golfers will compete to win a place in the grand final at Alwoodley Golf Club, near Leeds, with prizes for the top teams and top fundraisers up for grabs.
The competition is open to junior golfers aged 11 to 18.
