HEWORTH A' ARLC gave another tremendous team performance to beat visitors Normanton A' 52-6 at Elmpark Way and push them into a top four play-off spot in Yorkshire League Three.
The Villagers were ahead after seven minutes, Gary Watkinson sending centre Sean Holmes racing through to feed Marcus Allan.
Soon after Sean Brough powered over before winger Shaun Strickland put them further ahead with a 70-metre interception try followed by scores from Joe Murphy, Rich Rogers and a side-stepping effort from Jamie Richardson for a 32-0 half-time lead.
Despite the visitors slowing the game down, Heworth still managed to take their try tally to ten with touchdowns from stand-off Gareth Watson (2), winger Carl Smith and a second from Allan.
The only blot was the late converted try by Normanton.
