Heworth were on the wrong end of a 60-12 scoreline at Egremont Rangers in National Conference division two.
The Villagers shipped 11 tries to their hosts, trailing 34-0 at the interval and 46-0 before they grabbed two tries in quick succession to get on the scoreboard.
Mike Welsh bagged the first try for the visitors from a pass by Liam Watling in the 55th minute.
Ben Potter converted and also added the extras to a try by second-row Dave Douthwaite, created by a Liam Ryan break.
Heworth’s man of the match was prop forward Ben Eastwood, closely followed by Watling and Douthwaite.
