HEAD coach Mick Cook has recalled Toby Williams in place of want-away prop Joe Helme as York City Knights go in search of revenge in Cumbria.

The Knights, knocked out of the Northern Rail Cup by Barrow last week, meet up again with the Raiders at Craven Park tomorrow in Co-op National League Two.

Cook's men, having begun the campaign indifferently, were hit further this week by a transfer request from big prop Helme, who has since been banished to the Under-21s.

In his place comes young forward Williams, while Mark Spurr is also added to last week's squad.

Cook remains without a cluster of injured players but reckons his side can turn the tables on the Cumbrians. "If we can improve our discipline a bit and be a bit more secure carrying the ball, we've got a good chance," he said.
