YORK Knights have named an unchanged squad for Saturday's Betfred Championship Play-off Eliminator against Widnes Vikings (3pm).
Last weekend's hard-fought 16-6 victory against Featherstone Rovers earned the Knights a fourth-placed finish - their highest since 2019 - whilst Widnes' narrow 26-24 triumph at Barrow Raiders saw them finish just one point further back in fifth as they made the play-offs for the first time since their relegation from the Betfred Super League in 2018.

The returns of captain Liam Harris, second-row/centre Jesse Dee and prop Ukuma Ta'ai have provided a notable boost for York over what has been a tricky final month of the regular season, however Saturday's match comes too soon for full-back Will Dagger.
He still remains sidelined with a soleus calf issue sustained at the end of August, but it is hoped that he could return next weekend, should the Knights progress to the Play-off Semi-finals for only the second time.
Prop Jack Martin (rib) and utility half-back Nikau Williams (nose) are both included in the 21-man squad despite being injury doubts for the play-off clash.
YORK KNIGHTS TO FACE WIDNES: Antrobus, Bailey, Brown, Cook, Cunningham, Daley, Dee, Field, Harris, Hingano, Jubb, Law, Lineham, Martin, Michael, Santi, Ta'ai, Teanby, Thompson, Ward, Williams.
