YORK Stadium Management Company (York SMC) has confirmed that a new scoreboard for the LNER Community Stadium will be put in place on Monday, December 16.
Supplied by DigiLED Limited, a new eight metre by 4.5 metre scoreboard will be installed in the North West corner of the stadium, while the current six metre by three metre scoreboard will be relocated to the FanZone.
The current scoreboard will mirror content from the main, new scoreboard, with DigiLED previously providing scoreboards to the likes of Yorkshire County Cricket Club, the O2 Arena and Arsenal's Emirates Stadium.

Steel infrastructure has already been designed and fabricated, with installation set to begin this week.
The new scoreboard has already been shipped from the Far East, and will be put up on the week of December 16.
The SMC also provided an update on what benefits the new scoreboard will include, which involves displaying scores, team images, safety messages and sponsorship content.
Supporting TV coverage and sound is also possible, as well as interactive engagement features for both fans and sponsors.
They also confirmed that funding was secured through SMC's parent company GLL, with commercial terms for the usage agreed in writing by both licensed clubs, York City and York RLFC.
For City, it will be first be in action for their National League fixture against Southend United on Saturday, December 21 (3pm).
