YORK City Knights ended a turbulent week off the field with a superb 24-22 victory over Blackpool Panthers in Championship One.
Head coach James Ratcliffe shook up his squad in the run up to the game, axing a host of big names, and the Huntington Stadium outfit came up with the perfect response.
The Knights, who led 14-6 at half-time, scored tries through Mike Mitchell, Lee Waterman, Jack Lee and Tom Lineham. Waterman also kicked four goals.
