Jonny Presley makes a big impression upon pupils at York’s Lakeside Primary School
NEW York City Knights recruit Jonny Presley is pictured with youngsters from Lakeside Primary School in York during a special coaching session.
Scrum-half Presley recently won the Northern Rail-sponsored Northern Star award at the Co-operative Championships’ annual end-of-season dinner for his work in the community while with Keighley Cougars.
That experience and know-how is not going to waste following his switch to York.
In addition to taking up employment at the Linton-on-Ouse RAF base north of York, he is finding time to work with his new club’s community development team in and around the Minster city.
