FORMER York City Knights star Danny Brough is one of four uncapped players in England’s 21-man squad that will take on the Exiles in the two-game International Origin series.
Huddersfield half-back Brough, 29, who played for Scotland seven times – and captained them – before switching allegiance, is joined by Carl Ablett, who recently agreed a new long-term deal with Leeds, and Wigan duo Josh Charnley and Lee Mossop.
Twelve of the original train-on squad are omitted, most notably Warrington prop Adrian Morley. A number are out injured.
Leeds, down in ninth in Super League, have the most representatives, with six.
The Exiles are made up of the best southern hemisphere stars in Super League. The first match is on Saturday, June 16.
England squad: Carl Ablett, Ryan Atkins, Tom Briscoe, Danny Brough, Rob Burrow, Garreth Carvell, Josh Charnley, Rangi Chase, Eorl Crabtree, Leroy Cudjoe, Ryan Hall, Gareth Hock, Jamie Jones-Buchanan, Lee Mossop, Sean O’Loughlin, Jamie Peacock, James Roby, Kevin Sinfield, Danny Tickle, Sam Tomkins, Jon Wilkin.
